Every Fozula initiative reflects the same spirit to support others through communication, care, health, art, and expression.
We believe the true purpose of human presence on Earth is simple: to nurture one another and protect the world we share.

Marketing & Brand Director

Hyang Ji Eun is a seasoned researcher, strategist, and designer with over 13 years of experience in clinical data research, environmental systems, and sustainable brand management.
Her work unites science, ethics, and creativity — guiding organizations toward responsible innovation and measurable impact.

Specialized in Environmental & Sustainability Systems (E&S), Ji Eun is known for her precision in regulatory frameworks, compliance policies, and carbon-reporting standards.
She has designed operational policies and environmental protocols that help organizations integrate sustainability into business development and spatial design.

Her academic background spans Applied Health, Law, and a Master’s in Environment and Sustainability (University of London), supported by technical training in Interior Design and Art Business.
But beyond credentials, Ji Eun’s strength lies in her ability to interpret complex systems — environmental, legal, and human — and turn them into simple, actionable strategies.

At Fozula Enterprises, Ji Eun leads Marketing, Compliance, and Sustainability across all brands.
She ensures each company within the holding — from healthcare to logistics and creative ventures — maintains high standards of environmental stewardship, operational safety, and ethical communication. Colleagues describe her as methodical yet visionary, a leader who “builds slowly but builds forever.”
Her approach to design and sustainability is both artistic and pragmatic — grounded in data, but elevated by intuition.

Fluent in six languages and cross-trained in science and art, Ji Eun embodies the Fozula ethos: compassion with competence, creativity with compliance.

Operations Director

Se Ra oversees the operational backbone of Fozula Enterprises, ensuring that every brand in the group functions as part of one coordinated system.
She supervises workflows, performance standards, and inter-brand logistics — connecting the creative, health, environmental, and digital divisions under a single framework of discipline and accountability.

With a background in operations design, supply-chain systems, and cross-cultural leadership, Se Ra builds processes that are both efficient and human. She translates vision into structure, aligning people, technology, and purpose to deliver measurable results without losing the company’s spirit of care.

At Fozula, she leads the operations teams, regulatory planning, and daily coordination across all subsidiaries — from healthcare and sustainability to creative studios and logistics networks. Her focus is consistency: making sure every project is delivered with quality, clarity, and collaboration.

Her leadership style is marked by discipline, empathy, and foresight — empowering her teams to meet high performance standards while maintaining purpose and balance. Se Ra is also the founder of Hauly Go Logistics, a remote dispatch and analytics firm serving U.S. markets, and co-developer of the Florence Studio brand, where she oversees animation, illustration, and storytelling initiatives.

Fluent in six languages — English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, and Haitian Creole — she manages international partnerships and builds culturally intelligent systems that keep Fozula’s global projects running smoothly.
